RootsTech 2020 And You

RootsTech 2020 is just around the corner, and we’ve got a very exciting announcement…

When is RootsTech?

This conference will be held February 26-29, 2020, at the Salt Palace Convention Center in Salt Lake City Utah. The special theme for the 10-year anniversary conference will be spectacular because it’s focus is YOU!

Celebrate The Story of YOU! As genealogists and family historians we are always focused on others. We research others’ lives and very rarely have the opportunity to look closely at our own lives.  RootsTech 2020 will be your opportunity to celebrate you and take an in-depth look at how you effect the ever-growing industry. Be a part of this celebration in person or virtually as we celebrate together.

Tip: You can add on special events like Lunch and Learn at any time before the event.

There will be more information to come about this new exciting program.

How Do I Get My Pass?

Once you register, you’ll need to make sure you have your pass. There are a few options for this.

1. Mail it. RootsTech will mail you your badge.

2. Print it at Home.

Tip: Try the new options for receiving your official badge, no more standing in line.

If you choose to have your badge mailed, just wait for it to arrive in mid-February and then bring it with you to the conference. If you choose to print your badge at home, simply follow the print-at-home instructions that will be emailed to you. Bring your mailed or printed badge with you to the Salt Palace, where you can conveniently pick up a lanyard, badge holder, and conference bag at many locations throughout the venue.
